Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You may pause once per year for up to 30 days with written notice before your next billing date.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. The minimum term is 3 months. After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Do unused sessions roll over?
Unused Core Access and Performance Plus sessions do not roll over. Elite Unlimited is subject to the fair-use policy.
Can I share my membership?
No. Memberships are individual and non-transferable.
