Fair-Use Guidelines

Session frequency

Up to one session per day, subject to appropriate treatment protocols.

Booking windows

Elite members receive priority access to peak-time slots and may hold up to four future reservations at once.

No-shows and late cancellations

No-shows count as that day’s session. Cancellations within four hours of the appointment may limit same-day rebooking, depending on availability.

Session duration

Unlimited access covers standard-length sessions. Extended or specialty protocols may be booked at preferred member rates.

Individual use

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.

Responsible use

Back-to-back or excessive sessions may be restricted when inconsistent with recommended exposure or studio protocols.

Program integrity

Repeated peak-slot booking and cancellations, multiple daily sessions outside protocol, and commercial or group use may lead to booking privilege adjustments or a recommendation for a different tier.

Updates

Guidelines may be updated, with advance notice to Elite members.
